  Interface Distribution of accreditation badges

For accreditation applications submitted in advance :

Journalists can pick up their accreditation badges at the address given below from 19 to 23 May :

Ministère des Affaires étrangères
DCI - Accréditations presse - bureau 25
37 quai d'Orsay
F-75007 Paris - France

After that, journalists can pick up their badges :

  • either at the Publier accreditation counter, after 3:00 pm on Wednesday, 28 May,
  • or, for journalists arriving at the Geneva Airport, in the Salon Piccard, in the public area of the Airport, after 9:00 am on Saturday, 31 May.

The Paris embassies of media organisations' home countries can pick up all of their journalists' badges from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and distribute them to their journalists as they see fit.

For late applications :

Accreditation procedures can be carried out in the public area of the Geneva Airport (Salon Piccard) starting on 31 May. Once their accreditation has been approved, journalists can board the shuttle bus to the Publier Media Centre. Journalists are warned that they may encounter long delays if they do not apply for accreditation in advance.

Journalists are urged to check whether special visa requirements apply to them for entry into France or Switzerland or both countries and to complete any necessary formalities. Journalists applying for an entry visa to France will be required to submit a copy of their application for accreditation.
