Journalists are required to complete the accreditation application and submit it with two passport-sized colour ID photos.
Monday, 12 May is the deadline for accreditation applications.
1. For journalists with a French press card :
You must enclose a photocopy of your valid press card with your application. If your press card is being renewed, please submit a letter from your editor-in-chief and a certificate from the Press Card Commission with your application.
Technical support personnel should submit a photocopy of a valid photo ID and a letter from their media organisation justifying their presence at the Summit.
2. For journalists with accreditation from the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs :
The application for accreditation and a photocopy of the "Presse Etrangère" card issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs should be mailed directly to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
3. For journalists without accreditation from the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs or journalists coming from abroad :
The accreditation application and the accompanying documents (photocopy of passport and press card recognised in your home country, if you hold such a card) should be submitted to the Paris embassy of your organisation's home country. Your embassy should then mail the documents to the press accreditation bureau at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the address given below :
